丙烯酸羟丙酯的用途:

本产品主要用于制造热固性丙烯酸涂料、光固化涂料、感光涂料、纺织处理剂、胶粘剂、纸加工、水质稳定剂和高分子材料等。具有使用量少,却可显著提高制品性能的特点,用作丙烯酸酯乳液和溶剂型胶黏剂的交联单体。还用作光固化胶黏剂的活性稀释剂。也用作快干型丙烯酸酯水性复膜胶的交联单体,能显著提高内聚强度和粘接性能, 

丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)也是一种(异)双官能团单体,用途极其广泛。HPA用于纤维加工,可以提高纤维的耐水性、耐溶剂性及抗皱性等;HPA与乙烯类单体共聚物和氨基树脂或异氰酸酯一起进行固化反应,可制得性能优良的热固性涂料。HPA与乙烯类单体共聚,形成粘接强度坚固的粘合剂;HPA共聚得到丙烯酸酯类合成橡胶,显示良好的耐热性与耐油性;用HPA乳胶涂敷纸张表面,可提高纸张的耐水性及强度。HPA还可用作润滑油的添加剂.此外,HPA还是有机反应的中间体以及优良的溶剂
